Here at Revitalize Vitamins we politely ask you  to read our T&C’s before booking your treatments:

  • Deposits are required at the time of booking.

  • Cancellation policy within 24 hours

  • Read & follow any guidelines for after care thoroughly to achieve the best results after your treatment.

  • A consultation & prescription are required for some treatments, this will need to be completed prior to your appointment.

  • Please inform us of any contra-indications that you may be aware of, ie: Skin conditions, medication, sun exposure, pregnancy, health conditions.
